A placeholder post

This is a placeholder. It exists so the blog pages and the editing tool have a real post to display while the site is being built, and it will be removed before the site goes live.

What a post can contain

Posts are written in plain text with a little formatting. Headings like the one above break a long post into sections. You can also make a list:

• Bold for the important bits
• Japanese text mixed in, like こんにちは and ありがとう
• A link to Instagram

Quotes look like this. They’re handy for a phrase you want to stand out, such as 七転び八起き (fall seven times, get up eight).

A smaller heading

Each post has a title, a date and a short description, which is what appears in the list on the blog page. A cover picture is optional.
